Live from the training log. Targets are the 2027-02-14 checkpoint, set for achievability — not the end state. End goal is 216 lb at 15% body fat (~184 lb lean, normalised FFMI 23.1), roughly an 18-month horizon at median effort. Ranges are honoured: the gap is measured to the near edge of the target band, so "forearm 11.0 → 11.0–11.5" reads as already in range, not as a 0.5″ deficit.
Earlier conflicts, resolved and stored.
1. The 2026-08-16 row disagreed with 8/18 on neck (16 vs 15.5) and shoulders (52.5 vs 52.0). Two sessions two days apart shouldn't move a neck half an inch — one was a technique error. 8/18 is canonical; 8/16 is marked superseded in the field notes, not deleted.
2. Navy body fat therefore reads 20.4%, not the 19.6% computed on the old neck. Navy is highly sensitive to the neck number, so measure it carefully on 2026-09-01.
3. The arm reading is flexed, confirmed by the athlete. Relaxed has never been measured and stays null.

Girths — how far off

Radius = required change as % of current value. Center = on target. Further out = more work. Orange spokes need to grow, teal need to shrink, gray are hold-only. Hollow dashed spokes have no measurement.

Ratios & composition

Same encoding. These are the numbers that actually describe shape — the girths are just the inputs. Shoulder÷waist is the single biggest gap on the board, which is the correct thing to be chasing.

Read this before trusting the shape. Waist feeds four of these five spokes — it is the denominator of shoulder÷waist and chest÷waist, the numerator of waist÷height, and the dominant term in the Navy body-fat figure. Waist progress therefore inflates apparent convergence on this panel by roughly a factor of four. The one spoke that moves independently is lean mass. When this polygon collapses toward the centre all at once, that is the double-counting, not four separate results.

Biggest levers first

Ranked by required change as % of current. This is the same data as the left radar, read as a list — radars are good at shape, bad at ranking. Body fat, both ratios and waist÷height are not independent entries: they are the waist restated four ways, which is why they cluster at the top. Waist is the lever; those are its readouts. The genuinely separate levers are waist, shoulders, chest and arms.

Populates at session 2

A progress radar plots (current − baseline) ÷ (target − baseline). Today current is baseline, so every spoke sits at 0% by definition — a perfect circle carrying no information. Per your Tier B cadence this renders 2026-09-01. The code is built; it's waiting on the second tape session, not on work.
